Rectangle Preschool Activities:
Rectangle preschool activities will enhance the children's form perception, and teach them the shape, in creative gross - and fine motor activities. Children need to be trained to comprehend the basic shapes and forms, in order to perceive size, shape, straightand curved lines.

- The teacher should ask the children to indicate objects around them, which has a basic rectangle shape.
- The children could start by "walking" the outline of the shape, which has been placed on the floor by the teacher.
- The children should each have the opportunity to trace the shape with their fingers in the sand of the sand box.
- The children should then hold hands, and form the shape, with their bodies.
- Each child should receive a stencil, andtrace it onto cardboard.
